We want to strengthen the abdominal in this position and you can even go into a boat position and you can start over head and do little crunches, rotation. This would be an advanced move and in yoga they call this the boat position and you really feel it in the abs. It can tighten and tone. Do this anywhere from one to five minutes depending on your fitness."
