"Welcome to Expert Village. My name is Dr. Ed Riffel. O'kay in this clip we are going to be doing some yoga poses. We are going to be doing the Warrior Pose with a crescent move using the body blade. We are going into the Warrior Pose like this and then we'll do a crescent move working on the lumbar spine and then we are going to do a reverse Warrior. This not only works the coordination with the body blade but you are picking up the quadricep muscles and strengthening those and now we are go into a crescent move stretching the lumbar spine back into Warrior Pose, Warrior Two, and you want to do this beginners, one minute, intermediate, two to three, advanced body builders and yoga practitioners three to five minutes. You'll feel some fatigue in your muscles and then you'll want to go back to center."
