In this clip we are going to be using two, two handed, similar moves, just up in front and up and down moving it around and activating some of the core muscles, the rotator cuff muscles, the anterior deltoids, the medial deltoids and I would do this anywhere from two minutes for beginners, intermediate, two to three minutes and for advanced, three to five minutes."
