Video Transcript

"Welcome to Expert Village. My name is Dr. Ed Riffel and we are just going to do a little variation now using the body blade cardio. It is going to be in front using one hand activating the rectus abdominis, the anterior delts. We are just going to go up and down. Now do it with two hands and you will feel it activating the abdominal muscles, move it into various positions activating the proprioceptive brain muscle coordination, bringing it up over the head. I would do this position. We would do this target anywhere from one to two minutes as a beginner and up to three to five minutes as an advanced cardio work out."
