"Welcome to Expert Village. My name is Dr. Ed Riffel. So when you want to come up you merely bring your arms up and your spine is going to be a little longer. If you get stuck there are handles on this particular unit where you can help yourself up. You go in a parallel position so you won't get any dizziness or anything and your body will have a chance to readapt to a position. Now bring yourself into position and reposition the hemispheres of the brain and then you go up into a stand up position and hold on here in case you get any dizziness as you are acclimating yourself to the different position. My spine is going to be more extended. I am going to be taller and my organs are going to be more set in place from what I just did."
