"Welcome to Expert Village. My name is Dr. Ed Riffel. The next step is one of my favorites because it is a relaxation movement. We are going to go on my back to a parallel position and the balance is on he sacral two vertebra. We are just going to go back to a parallel position and I can use my arms to do a little rocking movement and then when I find my center of balance I just can hold my hands and just the pulsation of my body will cause just a minute rocking of the body. This is very restful and sometimes you can almost fall asleep. For beginners or intermediate I would recommend that you do this for relaxation, that you do have a spotter. For advanced students you will get by without a spotter because you will be an expert at it. We are just sitting there opening and closing the invertible spaces."
