"Welcome to Expert Village. My name is Dr. Ed Riffel. We are going to work on another inversion move. It is a spinal rotation and that helps the obliques and all the core muscle plus if you go far enough you are going to be lining up the little facets the little locking mechanisms of the spine so when we rotate we can realign those and strengthen the rotary muscles so it will hold the vertebrae in position. The first move I am going to just rotate to the right and if there is pain there will be no gain. It should not be painful. Then we are going to rotate to the left. We are going to do that about five repetitions. There should be no pain. We can rotate our head a little bit to help those facets in the neck. Now for some advanced when we rotate we can pull a little bit like this so that we are stretching those obliques and we want to stay within a pain free radius. It should not hurt. It's o'kay to pull just slightly but you don't want any pain there."
