"Welcome to Expert Village. My name is Dr. Ed Riffel. I will be working on arching the back and working on the lumbar spine so I am going to step in here and clip down, snap in, and I am going to go over all the way over and put my hands on the basket here and just arch my back forward. So we are bringing the lumbar spine into an anterior forward lordotic curve. Also we are exercising the hips, the gluts and we are even getting some arms in here. You want to do this anywhere from five to ten times and it should be at your comfort level and then we are going to come up to a standing position. If you have trouble getting up you put one hand on the basket, one hand on the footing gear, and you pull the basket forward and get your arms out of the way and come up here and then I recommend that you stay at this position to let your circulation get back in balance and your nervous system reposition itself prior to getting up."
