The Point Guard & Shooting Guard in Basketball

"Hello my name is Donaill Dixon and on behalf of Expert Village and I'm going to be talking about beginning basketball. There are many positions on the basketball court. There are five of them but I'll be talking about two of them. The first position is probably the most important position of all and that's the point guard. The point guard is pretty much the person with the best ball handling skills or you can say the best dribbling skills, he's the best decision maker, he doesn't create a lot of turnovers, he's the leader, he's the facilitator on a team and that's who your run through offense to most of the time. The shooting guard is pretty much the second best ball handler on a team, he's the best shooter and that's what the shooting guard is."
