"Hello my name is Donaill Dixon and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to be talking about beginning basketball. There are some other dont's to dribbling a basketball and I'm going to give you two. You can never dribble the ball with two hands because that is considered double dribbling and it's considered a turnover and the ball will go to the opposite team. The other one is when you're dribbling a basketball, you pick up your dribble, then you dribble again, that is also considered double dribble. Now, double dribbling you can never ever do double dribbling because you can never dribble the hand with two hands. You can always have the ball in one hand or in the other hand. Now, when you pick up your dribble the only time you can dribble again is when you pass it another offensive player then he passes it back to you then your dribble is allowed again. But once you pick up your dribble you can't dribble the ball again unless you throw it to another person on your offensive side and he gives the ball to you."
