"Hello my name is Donaill Dixon and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to be talking about beginning basketball. You always want to make sure that you good with both hands whether it's your left hand or your right hand. You always want to make sure that you're always looking up. The reason why it's good to dribble with both hands because the defender will have a hard time trying to contain you when dribbling a basketball. Also he won't be able to play you to your weak side, you always have him off balance when he is guarding you and playing the game. The reason why it's good to dribble with your head up is because you can always know what's going on when dribbling during the course of a game. You always know where your defender's at, you always know how to direct your offense, you always know where everybody is on the court. Also it's good to always look up because during the course of a game you might need to dribble and you might get trapped and so you might need to look up and whenever you're looking down you won't know when a trap is coming on."
