"Hello my name is Donaill Dixon and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to be talking about beginning basketball. In the next two exercises we'll be doing we will be doing inward and outward arm rotations and we'll also be doing a exercise to stretch out your thighs because you're going to be doing a lot of running and also a lot of conditioning while doing basketball training. The thing for arm rotation the inward, outward rotations, those are good because you're going to be doing a lot of shooting and you're going to be doing a lot arms and it's also good for defense. "
