" This is Don Daly representing expertvillage.com and in this clip we are going to demonstrate the Kimura lock from side control. We have the side control position. Chest to chest here, I go from the shoulder lock. I come through, I grab my wrist. He grabs on to his belt or his pants or whatever he can grab on to. If I cannot pull and I cannot get the lock. So he is grabbing on tight here okay with that I can pull this right. So what we do is we are going to slide this left leg up to his shoulder. So we slide up real quick. After I slide up here I am going to pull him up on this side. So I still got the lock on, I am in front of him, what I want do is while keeping this lock on I am going to come around the side, so we come around the side and I want to pin his head between my legs. One knee on the either side of his head, sit down tight, still have the lock on. You still got a good grab so I bring my chest to his elbow and I want to try to muscle him and rip it off here when I use my body weight. So I bring my chest to his elbow, one big sweep, a pull up, pull his grip off. From here we still keep 45 and 90 at the elbow. We are going to push back like this until he taps. So you want to keep it on the chest, if I keep it loose my muscle out of it, so when I bring my chest down, I keep it on my chest, I bring it up, I bring it back until he taps. You can also get a wristlock if you want to slide down to the wrist, push the wrist, you could put him in a nice wristlock."
