Video Transcript

" This is Don Daly representing expertvillage.com and in this clip we are going to demonstrate the elevators sweep from the guard position. We get the guy in the guard position. Here we are going to work on a sweep to take him on the position. So again, I am going to reach inside the collar, control here, we grab his sleeve, we control here. He decides to pull his foot up so when he oppose I take the leg on the same side of his leg, I come in front and we come underneath. I want to hook just behind the knee. You want to curl your toes up to trap. So we come under the knee and we trap, okay, so we got him hooked here. Take my left leg under his knee and we post it right here so we are going to keep it solid. So we are trapping this leg. So this leg here and this one here. I am going to sit up, I am going to pull him on top, when I pull him on top I am going to lift this leg. okay leg lifts up, I take my knee over quick and take him on the position. So again I have the collar, I have the sleeve, he pulls his foot up, I bring my foot out, I come just under the knee here, take my left leg put in the other knee here. Pull him on top, lift, take my knee across and take him on the position."
