"Hi! This is Don Daly representing expertvillage.com, and in this clip, we’re going to show a basic foot sweep from the tie up position. Okay, so we’re tied up with our opponent. We got his sleeve; we got his collar. We’re in our fighting stance. I’m going to push on him to get him to push back at me. So I push on him, he pushes back and I pull. As he pushes, I pull. I take my back foot, I bring it through the inside of his leg and I push him over my leg causing him to fall. Again, I grab his collar, back of his sleeve, have in the tied up position. I push on him, he pushes back. As he pushes, I pull. Take my back foot, I step through. You want to make sure you’re right on the calf. Okay, we don’t want to be down here by the ankle. On the calf, just bring my leg through, take him down straight to an arm bar. "
