"Hello. My name is David Gelber. I represent the Hilo ultimate Frisbee community and I'm here to do a little talk on an ultimate Frisbee on behalf of Expert Village. The equipment in ultimate Frisbee is pretty minimalist. The most key essential item is the Frisbee itself. Generally speaking there's one size, one weight of Frisbee that you should use. It's a 175 g Frisbee. There are several different makers of this Frisbee usually anyone will do. The next important aspect of ultimate Frisbee is the cleats. Now your foot wear can be very important because this is a field sport. Played on grass. There's a lot of cutting and jumping and running and sudden direction changes and if you do not have a good cleats you'll be at a disadvantage out there on the field. This is a typical cleat, soccer cleat. You could also use football cleats. Baseball cleats are not recommended because they have metal spikes. The other items that are needed are generally some form of item to demarket the field. Any type of cone can be used small athletic cones that are used for marking off the soccer fields, or what not. In a pinch, you can use water bottles, shoes, shirts. Whatever you have a handy but cones seem to work the best."
