" Hi! I’m David Anderson for Expert Village helping you with your golf game; giving you some golf tips. We are here at the beautiful Golf Club at Star Ranch outside of Austin, Texas. What I am about to demonstrate is how to line up a putt. Once you’ve found your ball on the green, your approach shot, you’re putting for a birdie or a par; hopefully a birdie, you take your golf ball and I prefer the use of the titleist but a lot of people take a golf ball and will take a magic marker and will draw a straight line. I’m using a titleist because the word is straight in a line so you can use that to line up your putt with the hole and let me demonstrate that. We already have the ball on the green so what I first do is I mark the ball, you put the ball in the line where you think that ball is going to go how best to get to the green. Look behind it, make sure the line is right, step up and take a couple of practice swings. "
