" Hi! I am Dave Shelton explaining Frisbee for Expert Village.com and this is great. You guys learned the game, you learned the techniques and you even learned a little bit about the history of Frisbee and now finally we are going to tell you a little bit about throwing distances and the altitudes in which to throw them. It is very simple and there are three ways of doing it, first is a medium level throwing it from chest to chest, which in most games is how you are going to throw it, then there is a low angle and the high angle and that is if you need to get around something or underneath something especially big players lunging after your Frisbee, let us show you the medium first, Using the basic forward throw, you are going to line up like you are regularly throwing it and you are going to throw it chest level very simply towards your partner, just like that. Now to go low if you want to go around the player or you just want to maneuver somewhere you just throw it between the knees and the feet on a low angle, very simple. It is all in your arm directing the Frisbee in that direction, just like that and then for higher altitudes there are two ways of doing that, one is just by angling it up like that or by starting medium and scaling it up like you would a golf ball. Where it starts out medium and then works it way up, very simple those are the three ways and three distance altitudes that you use when you are going to throw the Frisbee. It works every time just a matter of practice, everything is a matter of practice and you will get it down and that is how you throw the Frisbee in three levels, there we go. "
