"Hi! I am Dave Shelton explaining Frisbee and now as you just saw we are doing another trick catch, the under the leg catch, and this is just as tricky but it also requires the same hand eye coordination as you did with behind the back catch, just a little bit different because you are using different part of your body and you are maneuvering it in little different ways. Now catch like this, this is really good for competition but it is primarily used just for freestyle and also for catching with your friends and just like behind the back, it is all a matter of coordination between your eyes and hands and of course lifting your leg up. A lot of times when people try to do between the leg catches or under the leg catches they will get their legs in the way and it is because they do not maneuver quick enough to coordinate between Frisbee and their hands, but it is very easy once you do it and it looks really good especially when you accomplish it. So, let us try one, very simple, you lift your leg up, the Frisbee comes through you have to time it correctly and just like the other catches you do, bring it in and make sure that you actually grab the Frisbee. You do not want to let go and you do not want to be too soon or too late on it because it will bounce off your knuckle and that will really hurt, so let us try it one more time, as simple as that. Once you get it coordinated, it is very, very simple and when you are running sometimes instinctively it will just come and you may have to catch it that way, but once you get the technique down then it will be very, very good, let us try it one more time, as simple as that and that is catching under your legs."
