"Now we are going into the one-handed catch, especially behind the back catch and as you just saw, it requires a little bit more trickery and a little bit more coordination to catch this kind and that kind of position than it did the other ones, but once you get it down, it will be really, really cool. A catch like this is normally used in competition, it is normally used in freestyle especially if you are playing with your friends but once you get it down, it looks very, very cool, so let me show you how it is done. You basically have to move your body out of the way, so that you have room for the Frisbee to come through and you have to make sure your hand matches when the Frisbee arrives, otherwise it is going to be off even a centimeter and you are going to miss the Frisbee. So it is very important when the Frisbee comes in that you are already in position and that is based on thinking and timing more than anything else, so when you get your hand out the catching is the same as you would with any other catch but you just have to make sure your body is positioned in the correct way and that you actually have your eyes and your hands ready to catch the Frisbee. Let’s do it one more time, just like that, so practice that along with everything else, remember the hand eye coordination and there you go."
