" Hi! I am Dave Shelton explaining Frisbee and I am representing Expert Village.com. Right now we are going to cover a throw that I like and is called table throw. It is a little bit different than the basic throw; hopefully. You have the basic throw down now and you could start experimenting with other throws. This one is fun only because I think that you can use this in competition to fool some of the competitors. It is really great when you are in tight spots, if you are playing Frisbee football and it is good for short shots and Frisbee golf, like if you have to come up really short like pitching off of a green, it is basically similar to that. This throw in practicality is very simple too, just takes a little bit to master it. Unlike what you did with the basic throw, you are going to be cocking your wrist backwards instead of forwards and instead of using your whole hand, you are going to be using the first two fingers of your hand to perpetuate the throw and your thumb is basically is going to be there for support. These two fingers are there just to balance the disc, so it is still at a 45 degree angle, but this time you are just using these last two fingers to just kind of balance the throw and you are actually going to be throwing with the two fingers and the thumb is going to be basically being used as balance. Alright so you grip it like that with your thumb up here, your two fingers at a 45 degree angle against the end of the Frisbee, your wrist cocked out and instead of cocking your elbow out, you are basically keeping it close in your body and you are going to be flicking everything the opposite way. This one is basically a flip kind of throw instead of like a full cocked one; because you are just basically flipping it out like this, simple. I like this throw because if you are playing Frisbee golf, it is really good. It is sort of similar to pitching on a regular golf course. This one your elbow is going to be right up against your body and you are going to be cocking your wrist out, so you are going to be basically flicking; this is more of a flicking throw than it is a tossing throw like this, basically like that. Let’s do it again. Fingers out like that extended, your thumb finger out like that and simple throw, it takes a little longer maybe to master that one, but when you do it is going to be very, very useful."
