"Hi, I’m Danny Hawk from the Normandy Gym in Miami Beach, Florida. Also President and owner of Hawk’s Fight Wear. Visit us at HawksFightWear.com for all your MMA needs. I’m going to demonstrate a back fist now following a jab, a cross combination back fist. Let’s speed it up a little bit. Left foot forward, right foot back. Back fist comes around, jab, cross, turn, bam – straight out. Left foot forward, right foot back. Jab, cross, turn, attack and out. Here we go now. Left foot forward, right foot back. And that is a winning combination, turning your opponent around and catches him by surprise to the neck. So, we would use that on a defensive or an offensive move on your opponent, another advanced move. "
