"Hey, I’m Danny Hawk of the Normandy Gym in Miami Beach, Florida. Also, owner and President of Hawk’s Fight Wear. You visit us online at HawksFightWear.com for all your martial arts needs. I’m going to demonstrate an advanced kickboxing move for you, this one is a stomp kick immediately followed by a sweep kick, using the left kneed leg. Stomp kick with a sweep. Here we go, left foot forward, right foot back, boxing position. And stomp and a sweep kick. One more time – stomp and a sweep kick. The idea is the first kick goes to the groin or midsection of your opponent followed by the sweep kick which comes to the Charlie horse area or the rib cage. Left foot forward, right foot back one more time. Stomp and in there. Hands are up, stomp. And that’s the stomp sweep combination. And another advanced move, thank you. "
