"I’m Danny Hawk of HawksFightwear.com and also at the Normandy Gym in Miami Beach, Florida. Here’s another advanced kickboxing technique, this is the jab-cross followed by the right elbow. Jab-Cross followed by the right elbow. Half crouched for leverage, when the opponent comes close to you, you’re going to pop him with a jab, come with a big cross and use the elbow, it’s a lethal weapon. Elbows the lethal weapon, it should only be used if your life is at risk because this can really kill somebody. Here we go. Ready. Elbow in. Again, left foot forward, right foot back. Okay, we’re gripping the opponent or the attacker’s head on the side and following through with the forearm. The forearm can connect here at the Adam’s apple or anywhere up, including the nose. Again, a lethal punch, use it only if you’re at risk. And that’s that for that one. "
