Video Transcript

"Hi, I’m Danny Hawk of HawksFightwear.com and also at the Normandy Gym in Miami Beach, Florida. I’m going to demonstrate to you, the jab-cross followed by the stomp kick. This can be used if the opponent or perpetrator has something in their hand and you don’t want to put you hands forward or your legs forward because they could have a knife, they could have a sharp object, so we’re going to demonstrate this kick to you. Combination boxing stance. Jab cross – Stomp kick. Now we can start with a stomp kick to get them away if they’re holding a knife, the knife could turn back in, the bottle could turn back in, so you can try to kick first. You’ve got to make sure that that left foot is always forward and the right foot is back and hands are up. Once again – stomp, jab-cross. Again. Stomp, jab-cross, and that’s it for that combo. "
