Ok, with this kick there's a few steps. Ok, you want to start with your feet together. Start with your hands out to the side. Now as you step out with your left foot, both hands are going to point to your left. Ok, one hand overhead, one hand straight out to the side. You're going to circle your arms around this way, so both your palms are going to be facing where your kick is coming from. At the same time you're going to pick up your leg and kick around. Ok and you want your hands to hit the side of the foot. Ok, so again step, bring the hands over, go around the head, bring up the leg, and kick, and slap across. Ok, so regular speed. You want to step, come around, kick. So once again, you're here. Step, kick. Ok, now from this angle, you can see a little better. So, step out, hands go over head, swing the hands around, kick. So one more time. Step, swing the hands, kick. Ok, so this kick is a very good fighting application. Ok, so he punches. Ok, so you block with both hands.
