"Hi, my name is Dan Schmidt from the Chinese Martial Arts Center. Today, we're going to be showing you the proper way to perform the Jump Inside Crescent Kick. Okay, so this kick, there's a jumping action involved. Okay, so you just start from the normal position, you're going to step, okay, you could take another step, you're going to pick up the front leg, you're going to jump and kick inward. So looks like this. So you're here, so you're going to take a step, another step, jump and kick. Okay, so from this angle, it looks like this. So you step out, jump, kick. Okay, one more time. Okay. So one very important thing is you wanted to stick the hands straight out, about face level when you're doing the kick and you want to hit with the bottom of the foot, okay, you want to slap the foot in. Don't let your hand be off to the side, don't let it be too far this way. Okay, and with the jump, it's very important that as you jumping, okay, you want to shift your weight and go straight up and pick the knee up as high as you can. Okay, so one more time. Okay. And that's the proper way to perform the Jump Inside Crescent Kick."
