"Hi, my name is Dan Schmidt from the Chinese Martial Arts Center, and today, we're going to be showing you the proper way to perform the Mule Kick. Okay, so with this, this is a training exercise, you start with your fist over head. Okay. You want to go straight down on your hands. Okay. Squat down and right from there you're not going to move your hands or your upper body. You're going to kick your leg straight back up in the air, like this, then you land and then come straight back up. Okay. So again, you go straight down, kick your legs out, straight back to where you started and up. Okay. So some common things you want to watch; okay, so do the kick one more time, see watch his legs; okay, you want to kick the legs out fully straight, full execution. You don't want to keep your legs half bent and you don't want to pull your toes. You want to keep your feet flat. Okay. Now, your legs, you can spread them apart slightly, or you could do them completely together, like this. Okay, and then straight back up. So, one more time. Okay. That's the proper way to perform the Mule Kick."
