"This is Coach D and today is going to be about football conditioning drills. Today we are going to demonstrate a couple of drills to help improve your passing, help improve your running. We are also going to a couple of drills for offensive and defensive, the offensive lineman and offensive backs. But first we are going to do a upper body drill to help you throw the ball with a little more accuracy. Then we are going to do a conditioning drill to make you stronger. Then we are going to do a running drill to improve your movement and your overall speed. Then for the offensive lineman we are going to do a drill to help you get out of your stance a little bit better and for the defense we are going to do a drill to help you back paddle a little bit easier. Let's start off with a basic passing drill to help you move your shoulders and upper body in the direction that you are throwing the ball. One of the quarterbacks biggest challenges is making sure that his hips and his shoulders both turn top the direction of his target. So what we are going to do we are going to kneel down on one knee. If I'm right handed I want my right knee to be down and my left knee to be up. I'm going to start off with the ball all the way back towards my ear and I'm going to turn my shoulders if I where throwing to a target. So after you practice out about 10 good reps try it with both knees down and really turn your hips and shoulders and repeat the motion. Focusing on the overhand and the follow through. "
