"Ok, now, this particular drill is called going over the top screens. Once again, I've brought out my famous garbage cans. This is yet another drill that I created, that helps me get over screens, and I think it's a phenomenal individual exercise that will allow your defense to increase and it will help you get through those screens, whether you're going over the top or underneath them. Ok? And once again, you want to get low and you want to force your opponent towards the baseline and then force him to play you straight up. Ok, if not, you force him baseline but you always want to be prepared and strong to get over those screens, ok? Going over top of the screens, here we go. And I'll go slow at first. Let's go. You're going to slide, get over, slide, he's up. Slide, get over. Slide, he's up, ok? You're getting up. Getting up. Getting through the screens. You're over. Ok, so now, as you can see , I got over the top of the cans and I was able to get past the other persons screening. I was over the top, and so what you saw was close here, I was able to squeeze by him, not crossing my feet, but sliding. Hands up, ok, back across underneath. Ok, going over top of the screens. Pro passing and defense."
