"A great dribbling drill is stationary dribbling. For the right hand, you're going to start out with your right foot forward and your left foot back. Just as in triple threat, you're going to make sure you stay low. You're going to dribble with your right hand, focusing on both bringing the ball above your knee. It's also very important to keep your head up. You never want to look at the ball because that's a good time for the defender to come and steal the ball from you. Then you're going to switch to your left. Make sure your left foot is extended forward and your right foot is back. Another important thing is keep your arm up. This is called a bar arm. This keeps the defenders off you while you're dribbling the ball. You might want to go 30 seconds each hand, switch it up, make sure that bar comes up, have a good center of gravity nice and low, and you're not bringing the ball above your knee. That's stationary dribbling."
