"A great drill for keeping your hands nice and strong is mummy wraps. Mummy wraps also help you with good balance and also good ball handling skills. You're going to start wrapping your ball around your head as the drill suggests. You're going to go around your head. You're going to work your way around your stomach, down to your knees, and then down to your ankles. Of course, you want to go both directions, so you're going to reverse. Always pay attention to get your whole body. Then you can just keep going in a continuous motion. Start off slow and work your way up. Go as fast as you can while still maintaining control of the ball. That's mummy wraps."
