"I'm going to show you the triple threat move. Triple threat is the most important thing you can do on offense. At a triple threat, you can dribble, you can pass, and you can shoot. When you get into triple threat, it's very important that you have your knees bent for good balance. You don't want to have your legs too far apart, and you don't want to have them too close together. A little more than shoulder width apart is pretty adequate. Now, when you're going into the dribble, you're going to have one foot in front of the other. I'm going to have my right foot in front of mine, in front of my left, because I'm right handed. When you dribble out of triple threat, you want to push off of your back leg. I'm going to push off of my left leg, so I get lots of power. Also at a triple threat, you can pass. Same thing. You're going to pivot and you're going to explode with your back leg. I pivot on my left and I pass with my right. Triple threat into a shot. You're going to bring your feet together and you're going to power up. My right leg is extended out. I'm going to bring it in and power up. That's a triple threat."
