"Right now I'm going to introduce another part of the defensive drill. Now this one is if someone is taking a shot. So we already went over defensive position. We went over rapid fire feet. We went over defensive slide. So out of this, I'm going to call shot. What's going to happen is, they're going to pretend that there's a person in front of them taking a shot. They're going to jump up and go back into rapid fire feet. We're going to show the defensive drill in full speed. This time, we're going to incorporate shot. So we're going to do this for thirty seconds, see what happens. Ladies ready? OK, go! Defense. Hands up, rapid fire feet, good, slide, slide, shot, shot, keep going, quick feet, quick feet, quick feet. OK, and that was shot in the defensive drill."
