"This next drill is called regular suicides. Now, for sake of the length of the floor, I'm going to keep this at half court and we're going to add a little more work to it. Instead of just doing the basic base line, free throw, half court, free throw, base line. We're going to do black line, red line, white line, black line, red line, black line. Okay? So the movements are shorter, but you can still get some good work out of it, Okay? So, here we go half court. We're going to go here. (demo) As you can see, it's quick, it's short and in this kind of conditioning you might just want to go, you might want to do this in three or four repetitions. Once again, this is regular suicide. It's a little different than normal. But, as you can see, I didn't go full speed, medium speed and I still got some good work. So, if you really, really go at it, it's great conditioning. Regular suicides."
