"This next variation is called criss cross jump roping. Again, agility, rhythm, timing. I'll go slow and then I'll go regular. Now, as each variation increases, the intensity gets more difficult so you really have to concentrate on what you're doing. OKay? Here we go, criss crossing. I would recommend you get a rhythm first with a regular jump, then criss, regular jump, criss. OKay? Here we go. (demo) And that is jump roping criss cross."
