"This next drill is called high knees. Once again, it's for coordination, rhythm, strengthening your calf muscles and ankle joints, just making your timing a whole lot better on the basketball court. Again, many sports utilize the jump rope, but I think specifically for basketball it can be very, very conducive to obtaining the type of Pro agility that you need as a Pro basketball player.
