"Hi there. This next drill is called Burners, and what we are going to do is we are going to dribble, to the free throw line. Shot. Go get your own ball, because it goes through right. You are going to dribble backwards to about here. Go. Back again. Shot. Same thing and you want to do that between eight and twelve repetitions. Ready? Here we go. Get it. Shot. Dribble back. Dribble back. And that is what we call burners."
