"Hello, my name is Curtis Carter, and I am going to teach you how to play pro basketball. The first segment today is called warming up. We will go into warm-ups by doing a drill called slow jogging. And the reason we do this drill is to get your body warmed up first. You never want to begin stretching without warming up first. So, now we are going to do slow jogging. All right, we do this for about thirty to thirty-five seconds, we go up and back, we will eventually do fifteen of these drills to get us ready for stretching."
