"In this clip we're going to show how to distribute your weight as you throw the side arm shot. If you want to be most accurate with the side arm shot, you're going to stand basically still. The only thing that you'll see Darren doing here is basically his weight transferring backward to move forward. That's going to keep his hips moving laterally to move forward and face the target when he is actually releasing. Now if you want to try to get a little bit more zip on it, it may not be quite as accurate, but if you take a few steps out take a couple little hop steps into the shot. It'll help you have that little forward momentum to get the shot going straight in front of you. Let's see how he does it. That one's going in the hole."
