"In this clip, we're going to be talking about the drive and how to get off the tee. Most likely you're going to want to throw a driver. That's going to be your fastest flying disc. That's going to get your through the avenue, down the fairway and also go the farthest. The drivers will, some will cut harder to the left than others. If your left handed, some will cut harder to the right. Generally, on shorter holes, you may want to use your mid-range disc. Right now we're going to concentrate on using the driver and getting off of the tee. Generally, you want to start from the back of the tee pad. You'll know a couple of little steps to get up to the front of the tee pad to release. You'll want to throw, for the beginning player, just like a normal Frisbee toss across your body. Lets have Darren show us how to throw that across your body and keeping the disc flat. Darren uses the cross over step and that helps him stabilize his body going forward towards the basket."
