"The last stretch we're going to do today is going to be an extension stretch from the shoulders. And walk your hands out till you get to a point that's a little bit tight. And you're going to take a deep breath in, you're going to push your hands deep and hard into the floor. And relax, try to relax those arms back even further. You're going to feel this high in your shoulders, you're going to feel this high in your arms. Now start trying to walk them in just a little bit. So you're feeling your chin now. Extend your chest ever so slightly. Now, if you're tight, you're going to know it because this'll put a kibosh on your shoulder. So, move out to a place that's a little more comfortable, and be able to breath in, and then straighten your body somewhat. Again, it's a little bit too much. Stretch your body. If you want an abdomen movement, go ahead and straighten yourself out. And straighten. And relax."
