"We've been looking, working on a great deal of stretching, and we need to continue, because, well, it's good for us. So, the next stretch that we're going to do is a split stretch. We're going to open it up. We're going to move from left to right, and we're going to pass through the center. So, pull to the left. Stretch down. Again. You're going to feel this all through the back of your body. Now, most times people move up to the top, then move over. We try to focus on passing through the middle. Now keep your chest up, keep your hips back, you're going to feel this all through the insides of your legs. Pass through to the other side. Reach across with the opposite hand and pull down. Do whatever is comfortable. Move back through. Pull down. Each time you move back through try to get a little bit lower. Ideally you're just trying to get your belly button to the floor, it's only six inches. And finally, you're trying to get your chest and your belly button to the floor fully. The flatter you can get your back, the better off you're going to be, and the more you can stretch it out, the safer you'll be."
