"The third of the three primary stretches, which is Nikkyo. The hand is going to turn over where the thumb is facing down. Again, you're going to pass your opposite hand on top. You're going to grab around the base and the root of the wrist. You're going to cover the hand completely. As you do, slight turn of the hand and you're going to let the hand come forward. So, and it's going to create a Z shape in the arm. Let the elbows drop. You're going to make sure that these two fingers are your primary stretch points, because these are the two tendons that tie into the elbow. Drop, squeeze back. Again just take it to a point of slight discomfort and stretch it out. This one feels pretty good by the way. Other side. You'll also see a great number of other schools that will go side by side with it; this is fine too. Whichever one you feel more. Give your wrists a shakeout, get the blood flowing back through."
