"Hi I’m Chris Van Londen and on behalf of Expert Village I’ll be talking about pacing yourself correctly. Pace yourself, take your time, enjoy it. Go a little ways and then take a break, take a drink. Take your time. It’s also important to hydrate yourself frequently, right now I took a drink earlier, but I’m going to take another small drink, it’s better to take small drinks frequently rather than big drinks infrequently. So it’s easy to get dehydrated, and if you get dehydrated it puts a strain on your body, so drink frequently and you won’t have any problems. Go a little farther, take another little break. Not long breaks, a couple of minutes are all your need, but your body is working hard, you’re not use to it. It’s working hard and you’ve got to pace yourself otherwise you’re going to be sore the next day, slow down. "
