Video Transcript

"Hi, I’m Chris Van Londen on behalf of Expert Village.com. I will be talking about avoiding blisters while hiking. I’ve got some rocks in my shoe I’m sure. I can feel them in there. I have been on many hikes and people just ignore them and they keep walking and I tell them to stop and take those rocks out. You know, why make your life miserable on the trail. Ah, I need to get those rocks out now. I like to get them out as quickly as possible and it gives me a chance to take a little rest and air out my feet. If I air out my feet and dry out my feet there is less chance of blisters. You just don’t want to have blisters. You want to have a good time and blisters are not having a good time so I am going to get those rocks out now before they aggravate my feet any more. It’s not a lot but enough to make your life miserable on the trail. "
