"I’m Chris Kelley and we are here with Expert Village. We are going to run through today how to change a tire on your MX Bike. These devices like what I have here; portable air compressor or a 12 volt cigarette lighter compressor are a good standby when you go out to the track. You go out and want to be prepared. You don’t won’t your day to be ruined by one flat tire on the first lap of the track when you just rode 4 hours to go ride for the day. So try to be prepared and you will have a good day. Start here on this side where the beads popped completely out. Some times you can work that out a little bit. Fill up with air. Our bead is nice and tight and even all around the tire rights here, this lip, which is what they call the bead. That is nice up and tight, our valve stem is square. Now we want to tighten up our rim lock again. Want to get your 12 millimeter wrench. This is what keeps your tube, your tire from sliding from the rim when you are in inclement weather like mud and sand. Everything gets wet and stuff. You don’t want the tire to stop and the whole rim to slide inside. That will tear your tube and not will not be good. I am going to check the air pressure here. 15 to 16 pounds of air in my front tire and I have about 14 ½ to 15 in my rear. It is a little bit hard pack some of the jumps. I am keeping a little higher air pressure in here to try to get from getting a leak or getting a flat, like what just happened. Should be all set. "
