"So in this clip we're going to talk about how to start and how to turn off the snowmobile. What we've got here, there's a key, so turn your key on. There's no electronic ignition on this, so we're going to have to pull it to start it. There's a engine shutoff emergency switch here. Make sure that's pulled up into the on position. And you'll have a choke setting. Make sure your choke is set to a start position. And, go ahead and give it a tug. And to shut the snow machine off, you can just push down on the stop button. OK, so you want to definitely make sure your snow machine runs really good before you get out to the trail. So you can prestart it at home, and make sure everything is running good. If you've been storing your snowmobile for a few months, make sure you start it every couple weeks, just to keep all the engine components lubed up. And, after you've been running really hard down the trail, it's a good idea to just let it idle for a minute or so to let it cool off, and then shut the engine off. That way it gives the oil and everything a chance to cool off a little bit before you shut the engine off. "
