"My name is Chemin Alldredge. I am a second degree Black Belt in Tae Kwan Do. I am here with Expert Village and today we'll be going over beginner Cardio Kickboxing. Now we've got our music going and as our final touch with all of our combos, you're hot, you're sweaty, we're going to just get our heart racing a little bit and get that final burn. And with our music, we want to go ahead and move and dance to the beat. As you're moving, you're going to front punch. Front punch. Front punch. One, two, three, four, five. And then burn, moving both of your feet, both of your arms, back and four five, four, three, two, one, and then you're going to use your other arm. Front punch. Front punch. Front punch. And you're moving back and forth with the music. Three, two, one, and then burn. Make sure you move both of your feet, your heart getting up there. You're hitting, hitting, hitting, hitting and then you're going to relax and you're going to walk it out. Then you're going to put your arms up, make sure your arms are up. Get that blood circulating. Come back down slowly. Breath. Make sure you're taking deep breaths and relax. Now that you're relaxed, you want o make sure you do both ways around the bag. You want to go in for 30 seconds, burn for 15, go around the other way for 30 seconds, burn for 15. Try to do three set of those. You don't want to do any more than that though because this is just beginner cardio so we want to make sure you don't overdo yourself."
