"My name is Chemin Alldredge. I'm a 2nd degree Black Belt in Tae Kwan Do. I'm here with Expert Village and today we'll be going over beginner Cardio Kickboxing. Now we're going to use all the moves that we've done and put them together into a combination. So the first combination we're going to do is we're going to do a front punch, back punch, front leg front kick. So it's going to be one, two, three and then we're going to do it fast. Then you'll want to switch and make sure you use your other side. Front punch, back punch, front leg round kick. You want to make sure you breathe when you're doing this. You want to use your combos and always do both sides so you're working both areas of your body. Another combo you can do is a front punch, elbow, back knee. Then make sure you switch sides. We're going to do two more combos. We're going to use our weight master bag here. We're going to so a double front punch, back punch, front leg round kick. One, two, three. Then you'll want to switch legs and usually its best to do ten sets on each leg. Depending on your capability when you first begin, do them light, but as you progress into doing your cardio, you'll want to do it with a little more power. Then our last combo, you're going to want to do front punch, back punch, elbow, elbow. Make sure you're twisting that foot on your elbows. Then you can just speed it up. Make sure you're using lots of power. If you need to go slow during the first couple times just do them light. Elbow, elbow. Make sure you pick up that back foot. And those are your combinations. You have a lot of different moves to work with, so you can make up your own combos and be creative with them."
